Milk, it does a body bad

A writer for the USA Today wrote a wickedly incorrect article about milk and the problems with digesting milk.

The deceitful article can be found here:
http://www.usatoday.com/tech/science/2009-08-30-lactose-intolerance_N.htm

The ignorant author of the article essentially argues that many people have problems with milk merely because of genetics.

The Truth

Most people, especially people who live in America, have serious problems with milk because it is pasturized. The milk being pasturized destroys much bacteria. It also destroys enzymes that we need to help us digest the milk and friendly bacteria our bodies need.

Let us not also forget the toxic chemicals, drugs, and hormones that are injected into the cows, from which the milk comes.

Also, the real reason children at certain ages tend to start having problems with milk, which is what the author of the article incorrectly argued, is because most Americans are not nursed as young children the way children were raised about a century ago. Thus, a child's digestive system fights against certain foods and drinks because the formula on which the child was raised created future problems in digestion. Our bodies are very strong, but our bodies are also very fragile.

A person should only drink milk in the form of raw milk.

Raw milk though is banned in most states to be sold, but there are ways around that. Personally, I do not drink milk because I simply do not like it although I will throw down a toxic Dean's chocolate milk Chug from time to time. I do consume raw milk though from cheese that came from raw milk, which is safer to consume than cheese that is artificially produced or cheese that comes from a toxic, sick cow with pasturized milk.

Healthy and safe drinks include real orange juice, real lemonade, real apple juice, real grape juice, certain wines, organic teas, etc. Water (purified to rid the chlorine and some of the fluoride) is the best for the body. No person should even think about ever drinking anything from manufacturers like Coca-Cola or PepsiCo because those companies produce highly toxic and cancerous drinks filled with dangerous chemicals.

Remember, milk, it does a body bad: Unless it is raw milk from healthy, properly-milked, grass-fed cows.
